Pilates mini moves: core awareness

In this slow, entirely-supine class, Anna teaches a practice that explores asymmetry. We make slow, small movements from the arms and legs that challenge and load the trunk (core) muscles in a mindful way, building awareness of how our torso muscles activate as we move. Mostly restful for the neck but skip the abdominal pulses toward the end if your neck doesn't like it when you lift your head from the floor. You'll need a block for this practice.
