Grounded and rooted

A great grounding sequence - you don't even need to stand up! A nice way to tap into our inner rooting qualities that we can use as a way to be lighter in the upper body, allowing the new prana to flow freely. This is a lovely practice to do before bed or after a stressful day when you feel overwhelmed and too much 'inside your head'. Enjoy the last bit of Pranayama and stay in Savasana for as long as you like.
