We begin by accessing the backline of the body through opening the soles of the feet and then have some fun rolling around towards the pose, Janu Sirsasana. Next, we prepare the body for the energising Splits pose / Hanumanasana. Everyone is able to do some variation of this pose, to enjoy the benefits of feeling your legs awake and alive and having plenty of energy afterward. If you work towards something difficult, the best way to approach this is by figuring out what you can do, rather than focusing on what you can't. Splits pose is a great teacher of this for most of us!
