Outward expansion

Balancing the inward journey of yoga, this practice is about bringing yourself out to the world.  Starting with Breath of Fire to ignite the inner spark, you will move the spine in all directions, starting from sitting. Then onto the hips and arms... outwards along the spine through the knees and arms and finishing with a visit to the hands, feet, eyes and head.  We will touch a little bit of everything in this quick-paced class designed to get you going, motivate you to share your light to the world, and awaken to your inner radiant sun.
