Who recognises that sinking, Monday morning feeling of needing to do something you may not want to? This requested class is a mellow, fluid way to get the day (and the week) off to a good start - but it's also great for any other time of the day, or week. Starting in Child's pose (adapt for your knees as necessary), then onto some rolling waves and a few rounds of Lunge variation movements.
