A balanced approach: Music, Yin and Yang

In this ‘mini-retreat’ from life, enjoy some singing - 'Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare' - and invite in the sweet, soft vibes... We then do some gentle movements to greet the spine and a couple of Yin poses. We finish with a treat for the eyes and the toes to feel balanced inside and out, top to bottom. A relaxing, gentle practice.
