Flying strong

This class will guide you through some poses that will help you strengthen your body - in particular, your back muscles in relation to your core abdominals. The back muscles are often overlooked but with a strong back, your poses can open up more and become more stable. This class has a focus on the kidney area and brings in some specific alignment actions to make your pose strong as you progress to Virabhadrasana II (Warrior III). We also practice Cat stretches, Lunges, Anjaneyasana, Parsvottanasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana and Virabhadrasana III.
