Move like water

We are made up of about 70% water and we feel our best when it moves freely! Let go of any stagnant energy, free up your whole body and find your flow. We'll move through twists, Sun salutations, lunges, hip openers, core, upper body and heart openers. Find fluidity, softness and movement within the sequence and poses, moving to the rhythm of your breath, so that your entire body feels nice and energised and every cell well circulated.
