Stress-busting yoga

Have you been spending too many hours day behind a computer? Stuck in your head? Scrunched up shoulders, achy back, stiff legs? Does the thought of sitting down to meditate make you restless? Then this class is for you! We'll start standing straight away, dropping into the body (and out of the head) through some movement and building a little heat. Then, we'll free up the upper body and give the hips and legs some much needed release. We bring in some twists to give the back some love, practice and a nice heart opener to counteract all that sitting. You'll hopefully finish this class feeling a lot more free, open, well-circulated and relaxed.
