Soothe your soul

A slow and soothing class, focused on moving energy throughout the body by mobilising the upper body first and waking up the breath in the thoracic / chest region. From that foundation we begin to move energy through the lower body. We get into the psoas muscle, do some gentle backbends and a meditation or relaxation. This class will reset your whole system, bring you out of your head and into the moment, guaranteed to making you feel different than when you started!
