Back to basics

A thirty minute practice focusing on movement and breath. A fairly 'basic' Vinyasa yoga class, which is great for those who are new to yoga or for those with more ‘advanced’ practices who wish to step back to basics. We start by rolling the joints, then a few Sun Salute variations and then back down to the floor for a backbend, some breathing… and voila, finish! (Stick around for the end, there is a musical treat if you do!)
