Strong, standing sequence with inversions

This class, which is aimed at the more advanced practitioner, starts with some inversions so you can experience what it feels like to start a practice upside down. From there we get back on our feet again and go through a sequence of strong standing poses and finish by going upside down again. Try to notice the different, more grounding quality of the inversions at the end - the perfect way to end this challenging practice!
