Callisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of movements which exercise large muscle groups, such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as body weight exercises. Consciousness is being present in whatever you do. Here, David puts them together! This is a blast-off fitness class in 30 minutes to strengthen the back, shoulders and hamstrings while having fun and practicing present moment awareness along the way. You'll need a couple of blocks for this class.
