Hearts wide open

This practice aims to melt open space in and around your heart, physically, energetically and emotionally. We start and end in restorative backbends, with a dynamic flow in the middle. The practice includes some core work to support our spine, Sun Salutations, Half Moon and Sugarcane balances and the option for Wild Thing - all while energising the body through deep breath.
