Building a meditation practice

For most people, establishing a meditation practice is incredibly difficult. This class uses gentle movement and breathing to put mind and body into an easier, receptive state that can greatly facilitate your meditation effort. The movements don't target muscles but joints; they seem so simple, yet I am always amazed at how effective they are in removing stagnation and moving energy. Then, some breathing exercises and a short sitting session filled with light.
