Ever present while life flows

Welcome to this Vinyasa flow practice that has a ‘peak wave’ involving shoulder mobility, hip mobility, strength and balance. All this in a progressive build-up that repeats a few times, adding new layers each wave. Make sure you stay around for Savasana and a well-deserved serenade.
