Self-love in stillness, self-love in motion

In this class, taught by Esther and Rose, Esther starts by guiding you through a beautiful opening meditation (self-love in stillness), which is then followed by a gentle, opening flow with Rose. You're invited to become more sensitive to the sensations and signals of your body so as to move in a way that is self-loving and truly serves you. Esther tops the class off with a lovely, guided relaxation.
