In difficult times, it becomes all the more important to care for ourselves in a kind, nurturing way. Especially when - as this happened during Corona virus - the energy of the entire planet is in a state of huge transformation, polarity and distress. In this first part of my mini-series, I discuss some of the basic principles of energy, and how this affects our personal lives, as well as what we can do about it. I talk about the importance of being mindful of our consumption on all levels - whether it be food, news, media, relationships, conversations or entertainment, and how we can shape those things to ground and nurture ourselves in times of challenge. We'll explore the 'contagiousness' of energy, the effects of resistance and practical tools for self-care within it all.
