Part 2: Finding balance

In part 2 of this series, we explore the idea that we all have a unique energy signature, that we can become aware of and more grounded in through different practices. Doing this allows us to notice how the things we do during the day, the interactions we have and the choices we make affect us and our energy levels. When we're more conscious of that, it becomes easier to cultivate a deeper sense of balance by doing more of what supports and nourishes us, and perhaps find different ways of dealing with the rest. Becoming more balanced and grounded within ourselves, and cultivating deeper compassion to ourselves and others, can often make it easier to stay present and relaxed with what is going on in the world around us.
