Unplug from the external, settle yourself

In this meditation, which goes with Part 2 of my 'Self-care for challenging times' series (you don't need to have watched that necessarily to join) we practice unhooking ourselves from external energies and influence, and settling inside our own core vibration, finding balance and ease there. Hopefully, through practice, we will learn to become more and more grounded within ourselves so that the external currents become easier to ride.
