This full-length class has some signature ‘Julie Martin Moves’ in it that I've integrated into my practice and played around with. We begin with some seated twists and side bends, then move through some repeated standing 'waves', progressively building on each time. Expect quite a bit of twisting, hip and leg work in the Vinyasa flow 'waves'. We finish with Viparita Karani over a block, so please have one to hand.
