Explore your shoulder mobility

Simple and accessible to all (unless you have a serious shoulder injury). We allow the shoulders to open in a few different directions and feel the effects at the end of the practice in Savasana. This is a practice that can be done before going towards inverted poses and/or backbends. Perfect to release tension after a long working day behind the computer. You'll need a chair, bolster, blocks and free wall space.
