Yoga workout and breath practice

Sometimes you just want to do more movement, more core work, feel your heartbeat! This class is a perfect little yoga workout with plenty of high-tempo yoga movements that are low impact but higher intensity than your average Vinyasa class. We work out the lower body and legs first and then progress to more arm and core strength moves and poses. We finish up up with ample time to cool down and some relaxing conscious breath practice. Enjoy and have fun! With lunges, plank, Chaturanga and much more! Have a bolster and block nearby.
