Salutation with variation - longer version

In this variation of the Sun Salutation, we create the perfect blend of Surya and backbend elements in the practice. It is a great sequence to add聽 some 'oomph' into your day! Salutations with variations always reveal a theme, help warm and loosen up the body, and allow you to practice linking your movement with your breath. This practice has an interesting transition and is lovely way to start the day.
