This class will prepare you for Salamba Sarvangasana or Supported Shoulderstand. This pose requires supple hamstrings, strong legs and back muscles. We will also work the core a lot to create a sturdy support for the lower back - and, of course, there'll be some deep shoulder stretches. It's a comprehensive class packed with Lunges, Parsvottanasana, Malasana, Purvottanasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana. Have two blankets nearby.
