We all have those days when we just feel soft, floppy, or generally just can't be bothered to do a strong and heated practice - even if we're usually avid Vinyasa practitioners. If you feel like that but still want that lovely, feel-good effect of yoga, this one is for you! We will move, but in a soft, gentle way; one that doesn't try to cover up or necessarily change the calmer, perhaps vulnerable energy that you might be feeling. Rather, we move to release any residual tension in the body and to invite in even more softness. Gentle heart openers, twists, shoulder opening and a little spine, hip and leg love leave the whole body lightly touched and opened. A nice way both to start or end the day gently.
