From movement to stillness

Join Esther and Rose for a journey beginning with a few neural mobilisation techniques to prepare the body for movement. Then enjoy a rhythmic flow that will also give you more ease when sitting in stillness for the last part of the class. Esther will guide you through the neural mobilisation techniques at the beginning and the meditation at the end, and Rose will teach the rhythmic flow in between.
