Inspired by the 1980s (again!), David uses the Broadway musical ‘A Chorus Line’ as a theme for an energizing and exciting moving practice. It starts with lying on the floor for about 10 minutes in a twists and legs sequence. Soon you will be rolling around and lifting your legs in a variety of shapes and forms to awaken the ‘yoga butt’ and supporting cast.
