Natural sweetener

This is a practice to melt away tension, smooth any harsh edges, and relax your physical and energetic body, inviting in a kinder, sweeter, more honey-esque energy. We move through lots of gentle, flowing opening movements for the shoulders, spine, hips and legs. We end with a nice, long supported Bridge pose and supported heart opener for a more Yin-like, calming finish. There will be a couple little 'hacks', too, that help give the nervous system that extra-relaxing boost.
