If you often find yourself rushing through your morning routine, this morning meditation will invite you to slow down and connect with your breath. We train this muscle of mindfulness (your awareness) to get a bit stronger and to learn to stay present and just be - here and now. From this place, you can make a felt intention for the rest of the day.
