Spacious, lighter hips

A nice sequence to explore your inner legs, which will help you to find extra space at the base of your hips and to feel lighter. Please use as much height under your buttocks as you need to be able to spread the legs in Upavishta Konasana, and also make use of the props shown in class to better access the adductor area (inner thighs). This practice should help to reduce lower back pain too. Props needed: block and belt.
