We stay close to the floor in this class and move through a slow flow of poses, spending a minute or 2 in each one - a bit like in a Yin practice. These poses will stimulate the gallbladder and liver meridians, which are both part of the detox process - a process that always takes place on a physical and mental level. When energy runs well through these supporting meridians, we are better equipped to deal with life's ups and downs: this is resiliency. Expect Half Happy Baby, Thread the Needle, Pigeon pose, Revolved Head-to-Knee pose and more.
