By stimulating specific acupuncture points on the head while doing Yin yoga poses, you will release physical and energetic tension in the brain, eyes, neck and shoulders.
You’ll experience how physical and emotional tension can cloud the mind and obstruct your clear vision, and moreover, how clarity and lightness is possible in just 30 minutes. Different options are given for each pose, so you can adapt them to your needs.
