Isn't life wonderful when everything is in harmony and you feel balanced? But as Albert Einstein said, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” In this sequence, we'll keep the energy of the breath moving. After warming up the upper body and the respiratory muscles, we'll practise a few rounds of Nadi Shodhana to restore balance energetically and a few rounds of Box Breathing to bring balance by regulating the Autonomic Nervous System.
