Be kind! A self-compassion break

This meditation teaches you 3 steps to follow when you are going through a tough moment during your day. We are always so self-critical, but really it is self-compassion that helps us to change. Taking responsibility for our actions and promoting self-worth gives us the energy and belief to take steps to change a situation if we wish聽to do so. Try it, it can change the way you relate to yourself and as a result of that, will change the way you relate to others. This practice was created by Dr. Kristen Neff, an expert on self-compassion.
