Recovery road

The road to recovery begins with the first step. This gentle practice is your first step after any illness to re-introduce some movement and free up any stagnation. We start by rolling our joints, then do a lunge sequence for the side body and hips, and we finish propped on a bolster for some three-part breathing and relaxation.
