Which movements would you like to be able to keep doing for the rest of your life? Practice them daily because if you don't use it, you lose it! This class is ideal for those who are seeking inspiration to develop their own practice, otherwise it’s a lovely session to practice every morning to get the body nice and supple at the start of the day.
