The secrets of the universe

This is a Vinyasa flow practice building towards Eagle Pose or Garudasana. To prepare for the pose that reflects the DNA molecules, we’ll do some floor-based hip work, some lunges to mobilise the hips and shoulders, and a handful of standing poses that have intermezzos of shoulder work. This is an all-round practice that not only helps with building balance for Eagle pose, but invites us to feel the connection to everything that is in the universe. 

Props needed: a block.
