This class is an invitation to immerse yourself in the present moment using the tools of your practice, body and breath. We begin by cultivating the right frame of mind and approach with few rounds of Savitri pranayama. Then we welcome the subtle openings this practice has to offer with some classical postures including Pigeon and Gecko, whilst having the time and opportunity to witness and explore our inner landscape.
