This 20 minute class is full of movement and we will move in a way that will leave you feeling rejuvenated in body and serene in mind. We activate and engage our core and glute muscles, while opening the inner legs and strengthening the outer hips. As we progress through the class, we explore one of my favourite poses – Half Moon pose – and potentially Sugarcane pose, offering an opportunity for you to find balance, strength, and poise. By the end of the practice, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, heightened awareness, and a sense of aliveness. Enjoy the practice, my friends.
