In this short Yin/Yang class we'll try something fun and slightly different to release tension in the wrists, back, hips and shoulders. Remember we all have different bodies, so we don't have to perform the poses in the same way. Be playful with positioning your hands, feet and knees in every pose, so you can target the desired areas in your body. If you practice in this way you will feel nourished, energised and – because you're practicing in a functional way that honours YOUR body – it might just put a smile on your face!
