Five-alive restorative hips

Prepare yourself for a journey into your hip joints. We practice five poses, all done lying on the floor, to allow space to grow and tension to disappear. We start with knee to chest, then a twist. Lying Tree and then internal rotation finish the bi-lateral work... and we’ll conclude with a short open Bridge to neutralise.
