This is an invitation to bring some physical rest into your day. In this practice I show you how to set yourself up in a supported restorative Savasana before taking you through a guided relaxation. This practice can be done in bed as part of your sleep preparation, or use it anytime you're in need of some soothing or nurturing.
Suggested props: 1 bolster, 2 blankets, 1 flat block, eye pillow. Alternatively, pillows/cushions can be used if practising from your bed.
