As the title implies, there’s a bit of everything in this 45 minute sequence. We’ll begin with rolling the joints and from there a little mobilisation on the ground. Then we move into the flow part of the practice that will move you up and down, front to back and side to side. We’ll do some twists, some standing poses and some seated postures and to round it all out, a little shoulder stand inversion and supported bridge.
