This session is great for those of you who suffer from (severe) stiff neck, back and SI-joint. It can be done on your mat, on the floor, or in your bed. The specific movements have to be done slowly and with awareness. This can be a challenge as we can often go too fast with the movement and then lose the subtle connection to the smaller muscles deep inside the neck, back and hips. We don't want to force the body and make the maximum possible movement – the aim here is to make the movements as smoothly as possible. If you do this practice daily it can release deep-seated tension, change unhelpful movement patterns and help you recover mobility in the neck, back and SI-joint.
