A restorative-style yoga class designed to provide you with a nurturing, supportive space in which to process your feelings and emotions related to grief. The class is ideal for those who have experienced a loss of any kind, whether it be from the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or another type of major life change.
Through gentle, restorative poses that focus on releasing tension and being present with what is, you’ll be guided through a healing practice that helps you connect with your breath and mindfully move through grief. The use of a bolster throughout the class adds an extra layer of comfort and support, allowing you to fully relax into each pose.
