Integrating pranayama into your asana practice

Most of the time we practice asana and pranayama separately but sometimes it is interesting to integrate a deep pranayama practice into our asana practice. Forward bends are helpful for calming the mind and we use the physical asana to add some specific pranayama techniques. Find space, quietness and clarity with this deep practice. If headstand is not in your practice, you can do a Child's pose instead.
