Coming back to our senses

In this meditation we feel through the body in a mindful way. We sense through - and smile towards - the different areas with kindness, bringing friendliness to whatever our felt experience is. We bring awareness to the whole moment - welcoming different sensations, feelings, sounds, thoughts, emotions and breath.
