Peaceful turtle - working towards Kurmasana

Have you ever wondered how it's possible for some practitioners to get their legs behind their head? Well, it definitely didn't happen overnight! It requires preparation at a physical level and some visualisation and trust.
In this practice we work on opening the back of the body to welcome deeper forward bends, using props to move towards poses in a playful way. Be mindful of your own body and please stay away from pain: if your lower back or knees start to complain, please back off and follow the modifications offered.
