Find ease and peace of mind from the movement of your legs

The different layers of the body move in different directions when doing asana practice. In this class, you will experience the different actions of the different parts of the legs, from the bones, through the flesh, up to the skin. By doing all the actions explained in the practice you will experience a tremendous amount of ease and relaxation in your brain, coming from the release of the lower part of your abdomen.
You will also learn how this rotation is not only applicable to the backbend-like poses but also in poses when one leg is rotating out. You might need to repeat this class several times to get to the right actions, but once you get them, ease is guaranteed...
You’ll need a belt, 2 blocks and a couple of sturdy blankets for Halasana and shoulder stand.
